With so many sequels and series, did you write Crosstown Park as a single book or did you have a sequel in mind from the beginning?

SOME OTHER LITTLE FACTS:

Melanie was the October, 2012 Author 101 University “Success Story” and spoke to a group of 350 authors. It is on YouTube. Rick Frishman is the head of Author 101.
Jack Canfield broke his longstanding rule of not endorsing fiction books when he endorsed Crosstown Park. (See P. 292 of Success Principles.) That is a great testimony to the quality of the book.

As the chair of the Book Publications Board of the ABA Solo, Small Firm & General Practice Division, Melanie oversees 40 authors and helps 9-12 books through proposal stage to final product each year. She has a vast knowledge of publishing, writing, and assisting authors.
Melanie wrote the Story of My Life on her mother’s typewriter at age seven. Since that time, she carries a book, a pen and a spiral notebook. Journaling goes back to third grade and living her dream of being a novelist is a great feeling. She nurtures her readers and is overjoyed at the fact that people are responding so favorably to Crosstown Park. In future books Alex Stockton will continue her efforts to right wrongs in our social structures through the legal process and will continue to grow deeper in her personal development.

This thriller and courtroom drama is a definite page turner and also delivers a powerful message about the deeper meaning of life. – Co-author of the New York Times #1 bestselling Chicken Soup for the Soul series. - Jack Canfield
